To satisfy the demands of small and mid-sized production we have recently introduced a new 300/330 Kg/batch flexible automatic coating machine with the advantage to be used for applications of both sugar/sugar-less solution and chocolate.

The new coater, such as the models of greatest capacity, has a cylindrical drum design to keep a shallow product bed depth which protects fragile and soft centers and generate a wide surface of product exposed to the ventilation.

The combination of three factor, anhydrous process air with absolute humidity below of 2 gr/kg, wide product surface exposure to the ventilation and the shallow product bed depth that creates an high friction between the centers allow to apply a 30% sugar shell in less than 4 hours.
